About Us
AYSEN is An African Executive Network for Young Social Entrepreneurs and Leaders. Africa’s Young Social Entrepreneurs Network – (AYSEN) was launched in 2009 with His Excellency Darren Schemer: Former Canadian High Commissioner to Ghana.
The purpose of the network is to promote social entrepreneurship in general and raise the profile of youth entrepreneurship across the society. In doing so, we hope to create employment opportunities and shape a better life for our communities.
AYSEN is breeding a new generation of students, youth and young professionals to comprehend the concept of Business and Social Enterprise as the critical role young people can play in Economic Development. This Network consist of mastermind groups of young people who have the society at heart, young people who are determined to make a positive social impact by employing innovative business ideas using information and communication technologies (ICT)
AYSEN’s goal is for those young people to become industrialist and to establish themselves on their own and build their economic capacities. It is AYSEN’s objective to engage AYSEN Fellows into Partnerships to enhance Economic growth.
We are committed to improving the state of our continent by applying pragmatic, highly innovative and market oriented approaches to develop human an intellectual capital. AYSEN is a foremost platform where the vibrant youth with pragmatic, innovative and market-oriented approaches will be effectively promoted. AYSEN is highly committed and produces projects with a wide spectrum of activities that will better position individuals with the vision of embarking on a venture that has social value
