SIF prioritizes synergic networking as one of the major tools to achieving our objectives.we avail to our stakeholders the right synergy requisite for their endeavours. We believe if the right synergy is made available to Young Social Entrepreneurs and Leaders, they will be able to leverage within their capacity the opportunities and resources we provide them.
SIF is constanly increasing its Network base globally to meet the dynamics of the Corporate world and the demands of its stakeholders. We provide viable platforms to promote Networking through our strategically planned events and activities.
SIF has made much progress within a short time on our Corporate targets with the support of the Network the Organisation has built over the year.We believe by sustaining the Network available to us and increasing the Networks base and Capacity,we can raise not less than 200 competent Social Entreprises in the Not distant future.

SIF marries both innovation and empowerment to developing human and Intellectual capital. Developing human and intellectual capital has been one of our greatest pasion as an International Hybrid Non -Profit Organisation. In view of this SIF has developed Business/ Projects Models to this effect.
We believe , development can not be sustained without constant (Training/Empowerment) becuase of the rapid change in the world.
SIF put up innovative workshops and training programs to better position Young Social Entrepreneurs and Leaders /Business Executives and other stakeholders at the ultimate position available to them . SIF develops within our capacity once intellectual Business capacity through our Activities.

We are Project oriented and develop innovative business ideas. SIF is recognized by some international Orgainsations for our ability to develop innovative business ideas to avert most of Societies Problems. Some include the United Nations Millennium Campaign , Sukuma Afrika , Africa Investor, Schwab Foundation for Social Entrepreneurship and the World Economic Forum for supporting the Sukuma Afrika Competition in june 2008.
SIF promotes the systems and frameworks of Project Presentation modules and implements the once within our capacity.
The Organisation was built on the Foundation of Project Development and manages projects within our capacity. we work with project managers in controlling some viable projects beyond our control. We believe we can work with you on some of our projects .
